The Charter Performance Project Management Jumpstart course is a 3-day class designed to introduce individuals to the discipline of project management using the Project Management Institute’s (PMI’s)® five project process groups and nine project management knowledge areas described in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)® Guide.
