Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) Review Print
The Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) is at the core of measuring program performance and if not properly defined, can significantly impact the program’s ability to report accurate progress using earned value management. Before solidifying the program PMB, a third-party review of it can identify potential problem areas. Charter Performance conducts a detailed review of all control accounts and work package plans to ensure that the level of detail and organization of program work is adequately defined and that the most effective performance measurement methods have been chosen for each work package. The results of the PMB review is an itemized report by specific work product showing areas of strengths and weaknesses and includes an actionable resolution plan.
