Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) Support Print
Programs with an earned value management requirement also have a requirement to conduct an Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) with their customer. The purpose of the IBR is for the program team to present their Performance Measurement Baseline to the customer and reach a mutual agreement on the planned scope, schedule, cost, risks and performance measurement methods. Charter Performance assists clients get ready for the IBR.  We also provide facilitation and consulting support during the IBR as needed. Preparation includes a detailed review of the program structures, PMB, control account plans, identified risks, meeting organization and agendas and presentation materials. The output from this effort is a report identifying specific areas that the customer may question and recommended responses and/or actions to be taken.
