The Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) is the time-phased budget plan against which contract performance is measured and is formed by integrating the Scope, Schedule and Budget Baselines. This course will present a step-by-step approach to developing the PMB. It is designed for Program Managers, Control Account Managers, IPT Leads, Program Control Analysts, and Schedulers.
